How to Cancel Your Subscription

HOW TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your Cosmic Pro subscription at any time from the management screen of the store where you subscribed (the App Store or Google Play). Even after you cancel, you can continue to use the Cosmic Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

iOS (if you subscribed via the App Store)

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone / iPad
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Solara in the list
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Tap Solara in the list
  5. Tap Cancel subscription

Canceling During the Free Trial

The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial period you can cancel at any time using the same steps above, and no charge will be incurred.

However, due to how Apple/Google auto-renewing subscriptions work, you must complete the cancellation at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

To be sure you avoid any charge, we recommend that you complete the cancellation with time to spare, by the 6th day after the trial begins.

Please note:
Uninstalling the Solara app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Be sure to cancel using one of the methods above.

About Refunds

Refunds are governed by the terms of the store operator where you subscribed (Apple or Google). Please direct any refund requests to the relevant store operator's support channel.

Using Features After Cancellation

After you cancel, the Cosmic Pro–exclusive features become unavailable once the current billing period ends, but you can continue to use the free features. Any information you have entrusted to the App (such as your reading-results history) remains on your device.
